Two thirds of UK adults are overweight (BMI over 25) and one quarter of men and women are obese (BMI over 30), a report by The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges (AoMRC) has found.
Meanwhile, The Government’s Health and Safety Executive has said that 40% of all work related illnesses is caused by stress (428, 000 people reported suffering work related stress during 2022/23).
